Group: Trauma for Women – Winter 2018

Sometimes when we look around, it seems as though our world is in a state of crisis. There is natural suffering, such as natural disasters; and created suffering, created by other human beings. There appears to be so much pain and devastation.

There is hope: We can free ourselves by talking and acknowledging the impact of violence in our society and in our homes. This group is a process group that creates a safe and empathetic environment in which you’ll be able to share and heal.
